UPC Fix ("we", "us") is a small online tool operated by an individual developer under chunguang.app. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. The service
UPC Fix provides browser-based file utilities. Files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. A free preview is shown; downloading the complete result requires a one-time payment (currently US$9.90 per unlock unless another price is shown at checkout).
2. Payment
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. A purchase is a one-time charge for one download of the processed result in the current session. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
3. Acceptable use
Use the tools only with files you have the right to process. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass the payment step, or use it for unlawful purposes.
4. No warranty
The tools are provided "as is". We work to make them correct, but you are responsible for checking the output before relying on it (for example before importing it into another system). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected unlock.
